What payment do you accept?

GCG currently accept Paypal payments, this includes credit card through Paypal.

Do the products come with an invoice?

All products sold on this website come with an invoice.

Do the products on the website include GST?

All prices listed on the website include GST. GST applies to Australian residents only.


Can I order from another country?

Of course! GCG ships on a daily basis to customers worldwide, however at this current time the GCG Shopping Cart does not have a function to determine freight, so please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically delivery is between 1-10 days via an air freight service. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US, and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.

Will I be charged duties and taxes on receipt of goods for shipments to countries other than Australia?

It is important to note that import taxes and charges are not included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by GCG Turbochargers Australia Pty Ltd.

Is the product I buy covered under Warranty?

Yes of course all product purchased from GCG comes with full International warranty. Firstly all products are covered under specific manufacturer’s warranty, but where no manufacturer has a specific warranty GCG will meet the expected warranty for the said item. Please ensure you ask the warranty terms when ordering a product as this does vary from product range to product range.

How often do you release new products?

We are constantly increasing and updating our range of products. We release new lines every 12 weeks (on average) and occasionally we'll add limited release products as well. So please keep www.gcg.com.au in your favorites and check back regularly for news and updates
