- The Billion VFC Max is a fan controller to suit the factory ECU driven fan from the above vehicles, or aftermarket thermo fans. The digital display on the gauge shows water temperature, and battery voltage. The VFC Max allows the user to set up the fan start-up temperature. It enables the control of fans, using two speeds, based on temperature sensors in your vehicle.
