GCG Skyline GTS-T Highflow

Information:

The factory Nissan Skyline GTS-T turbocharger is limited to 14psi, as the turbine wheel is made of a ceramic material, which is weak under high load, high boost applications. The GCG Custom RB20/RB25 High Flow turbocharger is the only Ball Bearing, 100% bolt on high flow available on the market. With years of R & D, GCG have come up with the perfectly sized high flow turbocharger, which sees an average of 240-250rwkw on 18-20psi with supporting modifications (on the RB25DET engine). 

Process: 

GCG requires the factory turbocharger from the vehicle. Turnaround time is usually 3-4 days (this is dependent on the workshop load at the time).

What is included in the high flowing of the factory GTS-T Turbocharger:

• Strip and Clean components
• Check wastegate actuator operation
• Replace all service parts (piston rings/ball bearings/collar etc)
• Fit a larger Garrett compressor wheel to replace the factory wheel
• Fit a larger Garrett steel turbine wheel to replace the factory ceramic wheel
• Balance the turbocharger to manufacturer's specification
• Supply gaskets and pre-lube for installation
