• The GCG Turbos Garrett GT2860RS low mount bolt on turbocharger kit is to suit Nissan Silvia/200sx S13, S14 and S15, which have the SR20DET engine. The kit is designed to fit in the factory turbocharger position. The GT2860RS, or "Disco Potato" as its known in the industry is the best bang for buck street performance turbocharger for the SR20DET. Expect to see boost response by 2000rpm, and 220rwkw with supporting modifications. The standard actuator on the GT2860RS is 14.7psi, so a fuel system upgrade would be required. The only other modifications required once fitting this kit is the air inlet pipe, and air outlet pipe. The oil drain mounting holes will also need to be elongated as the GT2860RS has a slightly smaller distance between the bolt holes. The GT2860RS comes with an 0.64a/r housing as standard, as this is best suited for the SR20DET, however, 0.86a/r is an available option. This kit can be customized in many ways to include custom built turbochargers and also other Garrett turbochargers, such as the GT2860R, GT2871R range or GT3071R range.
